1) I am in between sizes; how shoulder I order?
Size UP! Soleni Shoes have a pretty precise fit and generally run about ½ size small.
2) Is there a break-in period?
YES! Just like with any other leather shoe or boot, there is always a short break-in period. The leather may feel a bit stiff at first, but over the first couple of weeks of wear, it will soften quite a bit, and stretch up to 10%. Colder weather can also cause leathers to stiffen, so keep this in mind.
3) How do I know if I need a medium or a wide width?
Consider a wide if you want to wear an ultra-thin no-show sock, have bunions or forefoot problems, have a medium or wider forefoot.
4) Will there be more styles? What about sizes?
YES! As we grow, we will definitely have more seasonal styles, and plan to add smaller and larger sizes.
5) I have plantar fasciitis, will these help?
Yes! Our trademarked 3-point-ortho-technology targets many common orthopedic foot conditions. If you have advanced neuropathy or have undergone multiple foot surgeries, please reach out and we will advise as best as we can (these may not be the best shoes for you).
6) Are the orthotics removable?
Yep! If you have an Rx orthotic, feel free to just replace ours if you prefer. Our insoles have structured arch support and heel cupping built in.
7) Is there a more precise size guide?
Yep! We have a printable sizing tool, as well as a measurement guide. Feel free to use both or reach out to Lindsey@solenishoes.com for any guidance!

If you plan to wear thin socks or are in between sizes, SIZE UP, or consider a WIDE.
With a soft buttery leather interior, these shoes are designed to wear barefoot. However, if you have sensitive heels, consider an ultra thin no-show sock to avoid friction or blistering.

These are the best shoes I have ever owned. I sustained incredible knee pain during pregnancy and had plantar fasciitis post-partum. I run a boutique winery and I'm on my feet lifting wine boxes and moving. I needed shoes that could keep up with my physically demanding job, but also be stylish and elegant for an audience and myself. Bonus, the shoes have cork on them, which brings up so many conversations from my wine club members. They all want to know where I got my cool, wine shoes! They feel like walking on a cloud and match everything. I love how stylish they are and yet they are so comfortable. Best shoes I've ever owned.

I was part of the Soleni kickstarter and after resisting a second pair for over a year, I finally caved and got the cognac Marie Flats. Of course, they’re just as comfortable, supportive, and cute as my original black Ruth flats, but now I have options! Cannot recommend these enough as functional daily shoes that support your feet (and ultimately the rest of me) and look and feel amazing. Almost all other flats irritate my Morton’s neuroma but I can wear my Solenis all day without any discomfort.
My typical shoe size is 8-8.5 and the 8W is perfect for me.
