1) I am in between sizes; how shoulder I order?
Size UP! Soleni Shoes have a pretty precise fit and generally run about ½ size small.
2) Is there a break-in period?
YES! Just like with any other leather shoe or boot, there is always a short break-in period. The leather may feel a bit stiff at first, but over the first couple of weeks of wear, it will soften quite a bit, and stretch up to 10%. Colder weather can also cause leathers to stiffen, so keep this in mind.
3) How do I know if I need a medium or a wide width?
Consider a wide if you want to wear an ultra-thin no-show sock, have bunions or forefoot problems, have a medium or wider forefoot.
4) Will there be more styles? What about sizes?
YES! As we grow, we will definitely have more seasonal styles, and plan to add smaller and larger sizes.
5) I have plantar fasciitis, will these help?
Yes! Our trademarked 3-point-ortho-technology targets many common orthopedic foot conditions. If you have advanced neuropathy or have undergone multiple foot surgeries, please reach out and we will advise as best as we can (these may not be the best shoes for you).
6) Are the orthotics removable?
Yep! If you have an Rx orthotic, feel free to just replace ours if you prefer. Our insoles have structured arch support and heel cupping built in.
7) Is there a more precise size guide?
Yep! We have a printable sizing tool, as well as a measurement guide. Feel free to use both or reach out to Lindsey@solenishoes.com for any guidance!

With a soft buttery leather interior, these shoes are designed to wear barefoot. However, if you have sensitive heels, consider an ultra thin no-show sock to avoid friction or blistering.

These are gorgeous shoes. The leather is soft. The soles feel great. That being said, I am an 8.5 WW. I usually wear a size 9W. Size 9W is way too small. I'd live to try a 9.5W or even a 10W.

Here’s the thing: you never really know what you’re going to get with an online order. But when the company personally works with you when the first order isn’t quite right, it makes a world of difference! Definitely go up 1/2 size. Also recommend the wider width unless you’re truly narrow. Love so many things about these shoes, and thanks for the consult to get it right!

I suffer from severe osteoarthritis in my left hip and neuropathy in my right foot from a Texas-sized bunion. Ruth (the "compassion" shoe) in the wider toe box spares me from hip and lower back pain even after a long day on my feet, plus my neuropathy disappears even without the use of toe spacers. The design is fashion forward and that almond-shape toe looks so stylish peeking out from undwe a dark denim jean or camel trouser. Thank you for designing and executing a saving grace of a shoe.
