1) I am in between sizes; how shoulder I order?

Size UP! Soleni Shoes have a pretty precise fit and generally run about ½ size small.

2) Is there a break-in period?

YES! Just like with any other leather shoe or boot, there is always a short break-in period. The leather may feel a bit stiff at first, but over the first couple of weeks of wear, it will soften quite a bit, and stretch up to 10%. Colder weather can also cause leathers to stiffen, so keep this in mind.

3) How do I know if I need a medium or a wide width?

Consider a wide if you want to wear an ultra-thin no-show sock, have bunions or forefoot problems, have a medium or wider forefoot.

4) Will there be more styles? What about sizes?

YES! As we grow, we will definitely have more seasonal styles, and plan to add smaller and larger sizes.

5) I have plantar fasciitis, will these help?

Yes! Our trademarked 3-point-ortho-technology targets many common orthopedic foot conditions. If you have advanced neuropathy or have undergone multiple foot surgeries, please reach out and we will advise as best as we can (these may not be the best shoes for you).

6) Are the orthotics removable?

Yep! If you have an Rx orthotic, feel free to just replace ours if you prefer. Our insoles have structured arch support and heel cupping built in.

7) Is there a more precise size guide?

Yep! We have a printable sizing tool, as well as a measurement guide. Feel free to use both or reach out to Lindsey@solenishoes.com for any guidance!
